The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website.
Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address) and demographic information (like their zip code, age, or income level). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our customers. The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice to opt-out section below. Demographic and profile data is also collected at our site. We use this data to tailor our visitor's experience at our site, showing them content that we think they might be interested in, and displaying the content according to their preferences. Lastly, we collect information about your Corvette to insure that you receive the correct part.
This site gives users the following options for changing and modifying information previously provided.
Return and Shortages Policy
All returns must have a return authorization number (RA#). This number is obtained by calling 561-737-8855. All returned items must be received within 30 days. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for all freight. No exceptions.
Venician is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged when returned. We recommend returning items via UPS, Fed EX, DHL or a way that provides a tracking method and insurance coverage.
A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns.
We reserve the right to determine if a returned part was manufactured or distributed by Venician.
There will be a fee charged on any returns with damaged packaging.
No returns will be accepted and no credit issued on parts used or damaged by the customer.
No credit will be issued on merchandise returned with missing parts.
In House Credit only will be issued for all Special Orders, no cash refunds.
All electrical parts must be returned unused in the original, undamaged packaging with label and part number clearly marked.
All orders must be checked for shortages or damage and reported to Venician within 3 days of receipt. Please have your invoice number ready when calling.
DAMAGE or LOSS POLICY
Please, do not return any damaged items to us.
Save all Packaging materials and the carton in which your shipment arrived. The carrier will want to inspect these items.
Phone us immediately upon receipt of the damaged package. We will contact the carrier and file a claim. This process may take a few weeks to complete. If you would like to receive replacement goods right away, please contact us and we will re-ship the damaged items. We will charge your account for the replaced items and issue credit to your account upon completion of the carrier’s claim.
